PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano thin film transfer sheet which can suitably transfer a nano thin film layer.SOLUTION: A nano thin film transfer sheet 1 has a base material 2, and a nano thin film layer 3 provided on the principal face of the base material 2. In plan view from the nano thin film layer 3 side, the base material 2 has a margin region R0. The margin region R0 comprises at least part of an edge 2a of the base material 2 but the nano thin film layer 3 is not present in the margin region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
