FIELD: computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Predictive video coding device comprising input means for inputting a plurality of images constituting a video sequence; encoding means for encoding an image via intraframe or interframe prediction to generate compressed image data, and coding information on order of outputting each image and image type information of each image, wherein said compressed image data includes an image serving as a point of random access; restoring means for decoding compressed image data for image reconstruction; image storage means for storing one or more reduced images as reference pictures used for encoding subsequent images; and control means for determining type of image storage and image control means, based on said determining type of image, wherein control means marks each image as one of three types: CRA image, image type 1 and image type 2.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of characteristics of prediction.12 cl, 10 dwg |
