PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type information medium and a booklet with the non-contact type information medium, having superior water resistance, preventing forgery/alteration, easily discriminating a forged/altered article, and having high security performance.SOLUTION: A non-contact type information medium comprises: at least two base materials having adhesive layers on the inner sides; an IC inlet held between the base materials via the adhesive layers and comprising an IC chip and an antenna coil connected to the IC chip; a protective layer provided between the IC inlet and the base material and preventing external effect on the IC inlet; and a forgery/alteration prevention mark formed on at least each portion of the base material, the IC inlet, and the protective layer so as to be a continuous pattern. |
