摘要 FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: calibration method includes placing a torsion torque meter in a first state; performing first measurements determining first and second angular offsets, and measuring torque output by power shaft using a reference torque meter; placing torsion torque meter in a second state; performing second measurements determining first and second angular offsets, and measuring torque output by power shaft. Method then includes placing torque meter in a third state; performing third measurements determining first and second angular offsets, and measuring torque output by power shaft; placing torque meter in a fourth state; performing fourth measurements determining first and second angular offsets, and measuring torque output by power shaft; calibrating calculation unit based on first, second, third, and fourth measurements. Calibrated measuring device has a drive shaft to transmit torque about axis, said drive shaft has first wheel, having first and second sets of control marks (D1, D2) angular coordinates, a reference shaft, having a first end connected to one end of drive shaft, and second end provided with second wheel, having third and fourth sets of control marks angular coordinates, check marks angular coordinates of first and second sets of parallel to each other, while check marks angular coordinates of second and fourth sets are parallel to each other when inclined relative to reference marks of first and third sets, first measuring device for measuring angular displacement between two control marks, respectively belonging to first and third sets of control marks angular coordinates, and second angular displacement between two control marks, respectively belonging to second and fourth sets of control marks angular coordinates computation unit for determining torque of drive shaft, on basis of first and second angular displacements of measured measuring device, wherein said torque meter is characterised by that computation unit comprises a memory for storage of calibration data obtained by implementing method, calibration, and by fact that torque value, a certain computation unit, is function of first and second angular displacements and calibration data.EFFECT: disclosed is a device for measuring torque transmitted by engine shaft, as well as device and method of calibrating a torque meter.9 cl, 5 dwg
