In order to evaluate whether a subject is actually consuming a menu which is good for the body, this health promotion support system has: a data input unit for inputting dining information, health checkup information, nutritional intake standard value information, health checkup standard value information, and nutrition/examination correspondence information; a nutrition score calculation unit that, on the basis of information about a suggested range for the amount of intake for each nutrition item in the nutritional intake standard value information, calculates a nutrition score by means of a function that assigns points according to whether the intake amount for each nutrition item in the dining information is within the suggested range or outside of the suggested range; an examination value score calculation unit that, on the basis of information about the standard values for each examination item in the health checkup standard value information, calculates an examination value score by means of a function that assigns points according to whether the examination value for each examination item in the health checkup information is higher than or lower than the standard value; and a health/nutrition score calculation unit that uses the nutrition scores and the examination value scores for the nutrition items and examination items for which a correspondence relationship is defined in the nutrition/examination correspondence information to calculate a health/nutrition score, which is a score obtained by combining the quality of the examination values and the quality of the nutrition intake amounts. |
