PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-oil type lip cosmetic composition which is excellent in color migration resistance and durability of cosmetic effects without stickiness and is satisfactory in stability.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-oil type lip cosmetic composition which comprises the following components (A) to (D): (A) 20 to 45 mass% of a phenyl-modified silicone; (B) a nonvolatile ester oil having high viscosity which has a viscosity at 30°C of 5000 mPa s or more and is incompatible with the component (A) at 120°C; (C) a dextrin fatty acid ester; and (D) a volatile hydrocarbon. |
