PURPOSE: A wireless hand-held digital power amplifier is provided to increase purchase demand for a wireless hand-held digital power amplifier by offering various functions including terrestrial broadcasting, aerial frequency broadcasting, a moving picture, etc to a consumer. CONSTITUTION: A main body has a speaker(130) and a monitor loudspeaker(140). A portable handle is arranged on a rear side of the main body to be slid to top and bottom. The main body comprises a power supply unit supplying power, a controller(203) controlling various parts, an antenna(205) transferring a signal according to a control signal of the controller to outside. The main body includes a touch panel(207) for showing a moving picture or a screen image to a user according to the control of the controller and a button matrix panel(209) transferring a user request signal to the controller.
