PURPOSE:To deviate an image element without defocusing an image pickup surface and causing a crack in a substrate pattern soldering part, etc., and to image-pick up an animation without the occurrence of the large image deviation. CONSTITUTION:A disk shaped member 21 having semicircular glass plates 21A and 21B between an image pickup lens 1 and a solid-state imaging device 2 is arranged. The member 21 rotates by 15 rotation per second by a motor 22. The rotary axis 22a of the motor 22 is arranged to have the deviation by theta to the horizontal direction as against an optical axis. The thickness of the glass plates 21A and 21B is set in such a way that difference in the optical path deviations (d) of image light L which is respectively passing the glass plates is permitted to be 1/2 image element pitch. A signal which is image-picked up by deviating an image position at every one frame is written in memories 7a and 7b, is read in parallel by deviating a 1/2 image element cycle in the respective frames and is alternately picked up by a changingover switch 11 at every 1/2 image element cycle so as to obtain the image pickup signal of high resolution. The defocusing of the image pickup surface, etc., by the vibration of the image pickup device is prevented. Time difference between the outputs of the memories 7a and 7b is little and the image deviation is small. |
