PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film preparation that improves solubility of a poor solubility ingredient, and that can be voluntarily easily taken by a person suffering ingestion or swallowing disorder such as for instance a dry mouth patient.SOLUTION: A film preparation that improves solubility of a combined poor solubility ingredient and in which a taking property by a patient is improved is disclosed. The film preparation includes: a poor solubility ingredient; a surfactant; and a film formation material, wherein the surfactant is at least one compound selected from a group consisting of polyoxyalkylene sugar fatty acid ester, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, and polyoxyalkylene ether, and the film formation material is at least one natural polysaccharide selected from a group consisting of alginic acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, hyaluronic acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, pullulan, pectin, dextran, gelatin, and chondroitin sulfate and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. |
