PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable guarantee of communication quality to a specific user at a time of integrally controlling live migration and traffic engineering in cloud computing.SOLUTION: An integrated control device obtains information on a virtual machine which is an object of live migration, information on a network connected with the virtual machine, and information on a priority user, a user to whom predetermined communication quality is preferentially guaranteed. On the basis of the obtained information on the virtual machine, information on the network and information on the priority user, and a predetermined control target, the device determines a movement destination of the virtual machine by live migration and an information transfer route in the network after live migration that are optimum solutions to maintain the predetermined communication quality to the priority user by use of a mixed integer linear planning method. On the basis of the determination, the device controls execution of live migration and update of the information transfer route in the network. |
