PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective fungistatic method of sulfate-reducing bacterium capable of inhibiting the growth of sulfate-reducing bacterium, without inhibiting the growth of other bacteria.SOLUTION: Such a selective fungistatic method of sulfate-reducing bacterium is characterized in that it selectively inhibits the growth of sulfate-reducing bacterium by the coexistence of chelated Al in the environment where the sulfate-reducing bacterium is exists. |
