PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a core-shell particle in which the whole surface of a metal particle is coated uniformly with metal oxide particles and a core-shell particle obtained by the production method.SOLUTION: A core-shell particle consists of a nickel particle serving as a core particle and a shell formed by coating the surface of the nickel particle with barium titanate and has a particle size of 100-1,000 nm, determined by SEM observation. The core-shell particle does not have peaks at 44.4° and 52° in X-ray diffraction measurement (XRD), with the peaks being characteristic of nickel particles. A pasty composition for conductor formation containing the core-shell particle and a dispersion medium is also provided. |
