摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler which cools a heat generation body while involving the self-exited vibration displacement of fluid, and can prevent a deterioration in a heat transfer coefficient between the heat generation body and the fluid.SOLUTION: Since a first heat generation body 121 is arranged in such a manner that a heat generation face 121a of the heat generation body 121 is inclined and opposite with respect to a direction DRin of a refrigerant flow in which a refrigerant flows into a heating part space 241 from a cooling part space 242, a liquid refrigerant flowing into the heating body space 241 is moved on the heat generation face 121a while being pressed against the heat generation face 121a by the inertia of the refrigerant. As a result, a deterioration in a heat transfer coefficient between the first heat generation body 121 and the refrigerant can be prevented. For example, since the formation of a vapor film caused by the boil of the refrigerant is hindered by the pressing of the liquid refrigerant against the heat generation face 121a of the heat generation body 121, the deterioration in the heat transfer coefficient resulting from film boiling between the heat generation face 121a of the first heat generation body 121 and the refrigerant can be prevented.
