CONSTITUTION: A guidance service system 10 includes a server 12, a portable terminal 14 and a service robot 16a, etc., arranged within each service range to perform a guidance service within the arranged service range. A memory (26) of the server 12 stores service allowable range information of a universal design robot (hereafter, called as a robot) including the robot 16a, etc. A route to a destination is retrieved when a user uses the portable terminal 14 to input the destination, and acquired route is divided into a plurality of service ranges. The robot is reserved to each divided service range on the basis of the service allowable range information. For example, when the user is confirmed within the service range, the reserved service robot 16a starts a guidance service to the user.EFFECT: The user can appropriately be guided to a destination because the robot guides the user within each service range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
