The thermoelectric material (1) has several fibers (4) that are unevenly distributed between annular or ring-segment-shaped opposite sides (2,3). The side (2) has inner peripheral surface (5) and side (3) has outer circumferential surface (6). The 80 weight% of the fibers are arranged parallel to one another and aligned transversely to either of sides. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing of thermoelectric material.
