The proposed device for fitting a tubular element on a support of complementary cross section, and for defining the bottom of such tubular element, includes a moving member (1) designed for acting on a first end (T1) of the tubular element (T) in order to transfer the latter to a proximal end (SP) of a related support (S) to allow the tubular element (T) to be fitted on said support (S), so that the first end (T1) result to be situated at the distal end (SD) of the support (S) and a second end (T2) of the same tubular element (T) is situated near the proximal end (SP) of the support (S).
