Disclosed is a system for controlling airfield lighting and ground control which can safely perform ground-controlled control. The system of the present invention comprises: a ground monitoring radar for providing first data on a position of an object on the ground inside an airport; an auxiliary monitoring radar for providing second data on a position and information of a flight approaching from the sky; a variable measuring unit for providing third data on the position and information of the flight on the ground by at least three sensors; and a control unit for determining the position and information of the flight by entirely or partially using the first to third data. |
