The principal purpose of the present invention is to provide a color filter for a reflective display device and a reflective display device capable of favorably bright and vivid color display with high light-use efficiency. The color filter is used for a reflective display device and has a transparent substrate, subpixels of a plurality of colors provided on the transparent substrate, and a spacer section provided between the subpixels. The width of the spacer section satisfies the following Equation (1).
