PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there are difficulties in discharging and discarding dust because of a phenomenon where the dust is caught on an inner wall or a bottleneck portion in a dust trapping container with a small outer diameter of type where the dust trapping container axially protrudes to enlarge an opening though outer diameters of a dust separation chamber and a dust collecting chamber are to be reduced to downsize a dust collector.SOLUTION: A part of a side surface portion of a dust collecting chamber is provided with a discharge opening for discharging dust and a lid body for opening and closing the discharge opening. A container opening of a dust trapping container provided in a dust trapping container storage part formed in the dust collecting chamber is installed so as to face the discharge opening of the dust collecting chamber. The side surface portion of the dust collecting chamber is configured to be the discharge opening for the dust, and the container opening of the dust trapping container is installed so as to face the discharge opening, thereby enlarging the container opening of the dust trapping container and facilitating dust discharge. |
