The present invention relates to a barbecue grill structure using firewood. According to the present invention, a barbecue grill structure using firewood includes: a wood brazier part; a barbecue grill disposed over the wood brazier part and having a stove pipe part and a fire power regulation hole formed therein; an extension tray formed on three faces except for the stove pipe part side of the barbecue grill structure, and having a downward stepped portion, wherein the stove pipe part communicates with the wood brazier part and extends to the outside through an extension stove pipe, and the fire power regulation hole communicates with the wood brazier part and is capable of controlling an opening and closing area thereof by a fire power regulation cover. According to the present invention, a barbecue grill structure using firewood enables the degree of flame in a brazier thereof to be easily observed, so fire power thereof may be easily and quickly controlled, the barbecue grill structure uses firewood as a heating fuel source, thus being eco-friendly and economical, and also allows a food cooked on a hot grill to be comfortably and safely deserved on a spot and oil generated on cooking to be easily collected and removed. |
