The method comprises: receiving a radio resource management (RRM) measurement report transmitted by a user equipment; acquiring an RRM algorithm of a master base station itself; and configuring a first DRB type for the user equipment on the basis of the RRM measurement report and of the RRM algorithm of the master base station itself. |
