PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display body which has optical transparency for exerting high counterfeiting prevention effect.SOLUTION: A display body 1 of the invention is a display body formed of a laminate obtained by laminating a light transmissive layer 11 on a metal thin film layer 12 and comprises a plurality of first interface parts 2 which include a plurality of projection parts projecting from the metal thin film layer 12 toward the light transmissive layer 11 and where the projection parts are regularly arranged at average center-to-center distance of 200 nm or more and 500 nm or less. In the first interface part 2, a relief structure forming layer which forms a relief structure DS is formed in an interface part between the metal thin film layer 12 and the light transmissive layer 11. Layer thickness in a flat surface of the metal thin film layer 12 is in a range of 30 nm or more and 100 nm or less and is thicker than layer thickness of the metal thin film layer 12 in a side surface part of the projection part or a recess part. The first interface part 2 outputs light of wavelength that differs in accordance with the average center-to-center distance as transmissive light to a surface on an opposite side of a light source relative to incidence of white light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
