The pharmaceutical composition comprises: terazosin, and excipients selected from: mannitol, lactose, sorbitol, xylitol, glucose, maltose, glycine, soluble dextrin, xanthan gum, gelatin, hydrolysed gelatin, acacia, pectin, guar gum, peach gum, tragacanth, acacia gum, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, carbomers, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, alginate or a combination thereof; and the weight ratio of terazosin and the excipients is 1: 10-1000. |
