PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for switching by the unit of a server instead of switching the whole system in a system having a current system and a standby system.SOLUTION: The system includes: a dedicated inter-center line for connecting a current system and a standby system; databases coming as a pair in the current system and the standby system; means for performing data synchronization between the databases; and a data synchronization dedicated line for data synchronization. One or a plurality of logical servers are established respectively on physical servers in the current system and the standby system, and the logical servers are built so as to come as a pair in the current system and the standby system. A single switching execution unit which, in the event of failure or maintenance of the logical server, blocks logical connection to the logical server and performs connection to the pairing logical server in the standby system is disposed on each of the logical servers. A single switching unit performs switching by the unit of a logical server on the basis of an environment parameter defining a logical connection environment of the server received from an operation management server. |
