PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus capable of preventing the cleaning water in a preliminary cleaning process from coagulating protein and the protein from adhering closely to an object to be cleaned, even when a cleaning program is executed continuously.SOLUTION: A cleaning apparatus 10 is provided with a control device 50 which includes a cleaning program for executing a plurality of times a cleaning process which causes a cleaning pump 27 to jet cleaning water supplied by cleaning water supply means 28, 29, 40 out of cleaning nozzles 24, 25 to an object to be cleaned for cleaning the object. In the cleaning apparatus, when a first cleaning process of the cleaning program is a preliminary cleaning process which uses cleaning water of a predetermined temperature or lower and with water supplied by water supply means 28 mixed with hot water supplied by hot water supply means 29 and when the temperature detected by a temperature sensor 22 is the predetermined temperature or higher at the start of the preliminary cleaning process, the preliminary cleaning process exerts control such that only the water supply means 28 supplies water and the hot water supply means does not supply hot water. |
