PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed gelatinous alcoholic beverage having a texture different from those of conventional beverages.SOLUTION: The container-packed gelatinous alcoholic beverage 1 includes a gelatinous material filled in a container 2. The effective height of the container 2 is located at the highest position in the region having a sectional area of 30% or more of the average cross sectional area, being equal to the full length L. The gelatinous material is nearly densely filled to the height of 85% or less of the effective height H. The gelatinous material maintains a solid state formed of substantially one body during manufacturing, having a shear strength of 56 to 68 Pa. When the container-packed gelatinous alcoholic beverage 1 is shaken, the lump of the gelatinous material is appropriately broken into one having fluidity which behaves like so-called gelee in the container 2 and can be easily discharged from an outlet 3. The gelatinous material after shaking has a texture which is thick, unique and pleasant. |
