摘要 The present invention relates to a Corynebacterium glutamicum strain for producing 10-ketostearic acid, wherein the Corynebacterium glutamicum strain is transformed by an expression vector including: (a) a nucleotide sequence for coding hydratase; (b) a nucleotide sequence for coding alcohol dehydrogenase; or (c) a nucleotide sequence for coding hydratase and a nucleotide sequence for coding alcohol dehydrogenase. Compared to a wild Corynebacterium glutamicum strain which does not produce 10-ketostearic acid at all, a recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum strain produced through gene manipulation according to the present invention has excellent 10-ketostearic acid productivity. Also, 10-ketostearic acid is not used as a carbon source, so 10-ketostearic acid can be continuously produced.
