PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculation device in which an appropriate trouble occurrence rate usable for a quality index of software is calculated.SOLUTION: A calculation device includes: a collection part 11c in which while referring to correspondence information in which identification information of software, a use start date of the software, and one or plural occurrence dates when a trouble on the software occurred are associated, regarding software whose period from use start date falls within a predetermined period, the number of troubles having occurred in the predetermined period is calculated on the basis of an occurrence date associated with the correspondence information; and a calculation part 11d for calculating an occurrence rate of troubles on the basis of the number of troubles and the number of the software collected by the collection part 11c. |
