PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition plug for an internal-combustion engine where ignitability can be improved.SOLUTION: An ignition plug 1 for an internal-combustion engine includes a center electrode 2, a first ground electrode 3, and a second ground electrode 4. The center electrode 2 is provided with a rod-shaped body part 21 and a leading end extending part 22 which extends in the direction orthogonal to a plug axis direction Y from a leading end 21b of the body part 21, and is held by a cylindrical housing 10. The leading end 21b of the body part 21 and the leading end extending part 22 are exposed from a leading end 10a of the housing 10. The first ground electrode 3 projects from the leading end 10a of the housing 10 in the plug axis direction Y and is bent toward the body part 21 in the way that a first discharge gap G1 is formed opposite the leading end 21b of the body part 21.
