<p>The invention relates to a beverage cooling device having a receptacle (20) containing a water bath (12), at least one evaporator surface (16) of a refrigerating circuit, beverage lines and a stirrer that brings about a water flux (S) being arranged in said receptacle. The evaporator surface (16) can be formed by the surface of an ice bank (30). The beverage cooling device also has flux guiding device (40) by means of which the water flux (S) is deflected in such a way that water flows along essentially the entire surface of the evaporator surface (16) and substantially parallel thereto. The flux guiding device (40) can have at least one frame profile (40a, 40b) with a substantially L-shaped cross section, one of its legs (42) being oriented substantially parallel to the evaporator surface (16) while the other leg (44) is oriented substantially parallel to the bottom of the receptacle (22). The flux guiding device (40) can be configured as a double guiding frame (40a, 40b). Said flux guiding device (40) can particularly deflect the water flux (S) at an angle (beta) of approximately 90°.</p> |
