摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knowledge management device capable of performing mail transmission of written-in information to an engineer having highest technical capability in a relevant technological field among engineers capable of coping with the technological field.

SOLUTION: This knowledge management device is provided with an engineer retrieval part 16 retrieving the engineer having the highest technical capability to the technological field among the engineers capable of coping with the technological field related to an electronic bulletin board 14 detected with writing of information by a writing detection part 15 in reference to technology map information recorded in an information storage memory 13. In the knowledge management device, an information notification part 17 transmits a mail including the information written in the electronic bulletin board 14 to the engineer retrieved by the engineer retrieval part 16.
