<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of surely performing a function as an emergency lamp in spite of any charging rate of a storage battery at the time of occurrence of an earthquake. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device is switched to an emergency mode at the time of occurrence of an earthquake in the daytime, a control section 6 of the lighting device determines a discharged volume (residual capacity) of the storage battery 5 by detecting voltage of a storage battery 5 when sunset is detected by a luminance determination section 9. The control section 6 calculates the charging rate of the storage battery 5 by using the determined results and charging capacity of the storage battery 5, and changes lighting patterns of a lighting section 4 so as to make the lighting of the lighting section 4 continue by predetermined days when the charging rate is a designated value or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
