A stair combined use chair is provided, which enables passengers to escape from the subway station building or the section in service in emergency. A stair combined use chair comprises: an upper plate(10) for taking a seat; a leg(15) which is adhered to the bottom plane of the upper plate and supports the upper board in the air from the ground; a foot plate(20) used as a stair by attaching a plurality of boards to the bottom plane of the upper plate at the constant interval; a foot plate supporter(25) which is adhered to the foot plate and leg and prevents the foot plate and upper plate from drooping; a supporting plate(40) equipped with a user manual; a handrail(30) for passengers; and a handle(50) connected to the handrail and the end of the supporting plate.
