PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid curable resin composition which gives a cured product having excellent transparency and moisture and heat resistance reliability with low cure shrinkage, and excellent adhesion, and high stretchability, and which can be applied suitably to fill the space between a protective panel and an image display unit or the like in a large size image display device; a method for manufacturing an image display device, and an image display device using the composition.SOLUTION: The liquid curable resin composition includes (A) silica particles having an average particle diameter of 1 nm to 1 μm, (B) a polymer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond in the molecule, (C) a low-molecular-weight monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated group in the molecule, and (D) a polymerization initiator. |
