PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of properly controlling charging/discharging amount of a storage battery with less amount of calculation.SOLUTION: In a system for supplying electric power to a load from a storage battery, a commercial power system, and a solar battery, a control device controls charging/discharging amount of the storage battery. It includes a weather prediction part which acquires a prediction value of a parameter about sunlight based on the meteorological data acquired from a meteorological sensor, a directing frequency decision part which decides directing frequency for charging/discharging control of the storage battery based on the prediction value, and an optimizing part which generates an initial operation plan for the storage battery having a direction value for charging/discharging amount for every time interval that represents direction frequency, and evaluates the initial operation plan based on a pre-defined evaluation function, for generating an optimum operation plan. |
