Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling a multi display using space information of a multi display apparatus. The apparatus for controlling the multi display according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a receiving portion which obtains the space information with respect to each of the multiple display apparatuses; a control portion which generates a scene by generating a virtual space and by mapping contents to a display screen of each display apparatus based on the space information of each display apparatus in the generated virtual space; and a transmitting portion which provides information on the generated scene to each display apparatus.
