PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform for a resin bottle with which lightweight and thin resin bottles can be manufactured with high yield.SOLUTION: A preform 1 for a resin molded bottle which has an opening end 8 and a closing end 9 is provided with a neck part 2 constituting the opening end 8, a tubular body part 3 connected to the neck part 2, a nearly cone shaped bottom part 4 which constitutes the closing end 9 and whose outside diameter is decreasing in proportion to approaching the closing end 9 and a bent part 5 for connecting the body part 3 and the bottom part 4 to each other. A thickness of the bent part 5 in a direction intersecting the center axis AX of the body part 3 is almost constant. |
