PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of precisely positioning a blade surface of a rotary cutter while saving a space.SOLUTION: A device 1 has a shaft unit 10 including a shaft 30, and a shaft unit 20 including a shaft 40 disposed in parallel with the shaft 30. The shaft 30 includes a first reference surface 11 facing to a first side 30a on which a rotary cutter 110 is attached/detached. The shaft unit 10 includes a fixing unit 10a for putting a blade surface 111 of the rotary cutter 110 on the first reference surface 11 from the first side 30a to fix that. A shaft 40 includes a second reference surface 21 facing to a first side 40a on which the rotary cutter 120 is attached/detached. The shaft unit 20 includes a first surface 43 facing to a second side 40b opposite to the first side 40a with reference to the second reference surface 21; and a fixing unit 20a for putting a blade surface 121 of the rotary cutter 120 on the first surface 43 from the second side 40b to fix that. |
