PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly drink which contains a solid content with a high concentration and method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A quality gel in which a highly concentrated solid content is uniformly dispersed is formed by: including a jelly formed by effective amounts, to form a jelly, of gelling components (A) glucomannan, (B) locust bean gum, and (C) carrageenan and a gelling promoting agent; and setting types, compounding ratios and concentrations of a gelling promoting agent and gelling components to specific conditions. |
