Upon turning off the sampling transistor Tr1, a scanner 4 automatically controls in such amanner that the correction period t is decreased with the higher signal voltage Vsig and is increased with the lower signal voltage Vsig, by imparting a gradient to a falling waveform of a control signal WS.
