PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage material which is made of an inorganic compound accompanied by a phase change upon storing heat, and in which a difference between a melting point and a freezing point when heated and cooled can be reduced by suppressing a supercooling phenomenon.SOLUTION: The heat storage material includes the inorganic compound accompanied by a phase change upon storing heat and a paraffin wax having a melting point higher than that of the inorganic compound. The paraffin wax is preferably either aliphatic hydrocarbon based paraffin wax or aromatic hydrocarbon based paraffin wax, or these mixtures, and a content ratio of the paraffin wax to the inorganic compound is preferably 0.005-20 wt.% and more preferably 0.01-10 wt.%. |
