PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented film having suppressed dissolving property and excellent dyeing property.SOLUTION: The oriented film is made of a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin containing a lamellar crystal and to be used for producing a polarizing film. A thickness L (nm) of the lamellar crystal, which is calculated by formula (1): L=0.66×{516/(516-T)} using a melt peak temperature T (K) of the crystal measured by differential scanning calorimetry of the oriented film, is 13.0 nm or more and 45.0 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
