PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner removing stain on a game ball readily.SOLUTION: A cleaner (raising/transferring pipe 110, raising/transferring device 100) includes a cleaning cylinder (paper pipe 111) for removing the stain on the surface of a game ball passing and flowing therethrough. The cleaning cylinder has a cylindrical body (cylinder body of paper pipe 111) as a base, and a polymeric resin layer (polymeric resin layer of paper pipe 111) formed in the cylindrical body. The polymeric resin layer has a vapor permeability at 40±0.5°C and 90±2 %RH of not more than 1,000 g/m×24 h. |
