Conductive fence tape dispenser cassette with auto tension and recoil capability for temporary applications to control the movement of farm animals

The invention relates to a coil of conductive fencing tape mounted on a spool which is free to rotate about a fixed axis contained within a cassette housing best illustrated in Fig 4 of drawings. The spool in turn is also connected to a constant force spiral spring which provides a constant tension on the conductive tape when extended. The same spring also provides the recoiling turning moment to retract the conductive tape fully into the cassette housing when the free end of the tape is released. The free end consists of an insulated handle with a conductive hook which is connected to the conductive tape. On exit from the cassette tape travels over a conductive eyelet which is connected to the permanent fencing structure via the connection tap. When the free end is attached to another conductive fence structure the electrical circuit is extended to this attachedstructure. The mechanism is mounted to a fixed structure via a mount bracket which also contains the connection tap.
