PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for evolved gas evaluation capable of collecting and precisely analyzing gas, evolved in the battery during charge, continuously without being affected by the outside air, and to provide an evolved gas evaluation method of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the storage container.SOLUTION: A storage container of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for evolved gas evaluation including a sealed structure capable of internally storing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for evolved gas evaluation, a mechanism for continuously sampling the gas evolved from the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for evolved gas evaluation, and a mechanism for charging and discharging the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for evolved gas evaluation, is further provided with means for continuously performing the charge and discharge and the sampling of evolved gas of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for evolved gas evaluation, while adjusting the atmosphere in the storage container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
