PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waveform analysis time.SOLUTION: A processor 2 acquires a simulation signal waveform 3 of a signal transmitted through a transmission line in a semiconductor device; divides the simulation signal waveform 3 every first period of time (period T) to produce a plurality of divided waveforms 31, 32; selects representative points D0, D1, D2 from data points of each divided waveform, acquired every second period of time (period Δt) shorter than the period T, based on results of comparison between values of the data points and a threshold value V1; and determines quality of the simulation waveform 3 based on results of comparison between the values of the representative points D0, D1, D2 and a threshold value V2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
