LED BULB LAMP WITH DRIVE POWER SUPPLY INTEGRATED WITHIN BULB SHELL

An LED bulb lamp with a drive power supply integrated within a bulb shell (1) comprises the bulb shell (1), a stem (2), a power supply driver (3) fixed on the stem (2), a plurality of LED luminous filaments (5) connected with the power supply driver (3), a heat conducting gas filled in the bulb shell (1), and a lamp holder (6) connected with the bulb shell (1). The LED luminous filament (5) comprises a substrate (7), the surface of the substrate (7) is provided with a metallic circuit (9) and a bottom adhesive layer (10) and two ends of the substrate (7) are provided with metal pins (8); an LED luminous unit (11) is fixed on the substrate (7); a sealing adhesive layer (13) is provided on the LED luminous unit (11). According to the LED bulb lamp, the power supply driver (3) is disposed within the bulb shell (1), the existing procedure of manual assembly is omitted, the large-scale automated production can be achieved and the production cost is dramatically lowered. An optimized chip arrangement mode is employed for the LED luminous filaments (5) and temperatures at different locations of the substrate (7) are nearly even, so that the luminous flux maintenance rate and long-term reliability of the whole LED bulb lamp are increased and the service life of the LED bulb lamp is prolonged.
