PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of mitigating complexity included in exchange of information with a network, and to also disclose other methods, apparatuses and systems.SOLUTION: The method includes: sensing network topology and network utilization; deciding path setup requirement and monitor requirement using network state information obtained from the network topology and the network utilization; and translating the path setup requirement into a rule to be installed. At least one of the path setup requirement and the monitor requirement detects where an end point is disposed, a current path between a pair of end points designated by an application is searched. If the application requires path monitor, the current path between the pair of end points is monitored and a path meeting the requirement received from the application is searched between the pair of end points. Processing of requiring path setup is included and the path setup requirement includes a list of switches that traffic between a pair of end points crosses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
