PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resource risk management system in which human resource risks, such as resignation risks and labor risks in a workplace organization, are properly evaluated.SOLUTION: Provided is a human resource risk management system for managing human resource risks including at least either one of resignation risks and labor risks in a workplace organization. The human resource risk management system includes: a first storage section for storing stress check data indicating stress check results of multiple employees belonging to the workplace organization; a second storage section for storing attendance data of the multiple employees; a risk evaluation section for reading the stress check data of the multiple employees from the first storage section and reading the attendance data from the second storage section, in order to evaluate the human resource risks according to the stress check data and the attendance data; and a GUI creation section for creating a manager GUI presenting the human resource risks to a manager.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
