PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost for introduction and abolition of a system for lending a storage space for a locked object.SOLUTION: A user wishing to park a bicycle in a bicycle parking space managed by a store takes out a lock 13 from a storage 11 installed near the bicycle parking space after parking the bicycle in the bicycle parking space. A key 14 has been inserted in a slot of the lock 13. The key 14 is a recording medium such as a NFC tag, while the lock 13 is an electronic lock with a built-in reader/writer that reads/writes data from/to the key 14 and a built-in wireless communication unit that communicates wirelessly with, for example, a terminal device installed in the store. The lock 13 is locked when the user touches the lock 13 with the key 14 after fitting the lock 13 on the bicycle. The terminal device in the store calculates a usage charge when the user touches the terminal device with the key 14. The lock 13 is unlocked when the user touches the lock 13 with the key 14 after completing payment of the usage charge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
